Shillong, May 21: Smit and Marbisu played out a 1-1 draw in their U-18 Shillong Premier League match at Third Ground, Polo, here today.
The point earned by both sides was their first of the season after Smit and Marbisu lost their opening fixtures last week.
Marbisu had better opportunities in the first half but Bobidonlang Lyngkhoi missed an open goal from the edge of the box and Stevenmark L Kynshi sent a tame shot to the goalkeeper.
Lumlang Hujon finally put Marbisu into the lead in the 69th minute but the lead last just three minutes before Nangshemlang Wahlang equalised for Smit.
Tomorrow Ryntih are scheduled to take on Mawkhar at 3:45PM.
