5th East Khasi Hills Open Badminton Championship held

Shillong, Jul 28: The three-day 5th East Khasi Hills District Open Badminton Championship concluded here on Saturday.

The event, which began on Thursday, was organised by the East Khasi Hills District Badminton Association.

Around 150 shuttlers took part and there were 165 matches played in various categories for males and females.

This championship also acted as preparation for the district shuttlers ahead of the statewide badminton championship, which will be held in Jowai at the end of August.
