Shillong, Sep 20: The 3rd Open Futsal Tournament for men and women, organised by the Futsal Association of Meghalaya, will run from 28th October to 2nd November at the Laban Indoor Stadium.
Registration for the tournament will begin from today on a first-come-first-served basis, FAM said in a press release yesterday.
Prize money has increased this year, with Rs 50,000 going to the men’s champions and Rs Rs 25,000 to the women’s. This is up from Rs 25,000 and Rs 15,000 respectively last year.
Each team can register between 10 and 12 players.
