Shillong, Mar 16: The Assam Regimental Centre team based in Shillong claimed second place at the 19th Junior National Wushu Championship at Fatehabad, Haryana, which was held from 10th to 15th March.
A total of 30 teams participated, including the Boys Sports Company of ARC, which comprised 17 cadets and two coaches. Boys Sports Company won four gold, eight silver and three bronze medals, thereby securing overall second position in the championship.
The names of the medal winners were not provided in the ARC press release.
