Shillong, Nov 15: Sohryngkham and Laitlyngkot won their respective matches in Group C of the Shillong Sports Association’s Third Division at Polo Ground here today.
In the first match Sohryngkham came from a goal down to defeat Nongmynsong 2-1. Roney Thabah gave Nongmynsong the lead in the 24th minute but Dolanki Nongkhlaw (31′) equalised for Sohryngkham seven minutes later. Nowell Dkhar than secured the winner for Sohryngkham in the 55th minute.
Later, Umlyngka were pipped by Laitlyngkot 1-0. Banlamkupar Kharakor scored the only goal in the 41st minute.
