Shillong, Apr 27: The Sports Authority of India’s Regional Centre Guwahati and Archery Association of India will organise the 1st Khelo India North East Zonal Sub-Junior and Junior Archery (Recurve) League on 1st May at the SAI regional centre in Paltan Bazar, Guwahati.
Entry is open to bona fide archers from federations/associations from Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya and Sikkim, a press release informed.
Sub-junior entrants should be born on or after 1st January 2005 and junior category entrance born on or after 1st January 2002. Original age proof documents – school certificate, Aadhaar card, PAN card, birth certificate, federation ID card – must be provided.
The participants need to fill an online or offline Google registration form (posted on SAI social media) on or before 29th April. No lodging or boarding facilities will be provided.
Four members (two male and two female) from each age category of respective associations/federations/clubs will be allowed to participate. However, entry may be relaxed as per approval from the competent authority. The reporting time for the event is 7:30AM. Entry is free for eligible participants.
