Shillong, Dec 1: Pohkseh SC and Marbisu SC won their respective matches in the Shillong Sports Association’s Second Division 2023 at First Ground, Polo, here today.
Pohkseh pipped Laitkyrhong SC 1-0 in Group B, while Marbisu held off Sohryngkham SC 2-1 in Group A.
Freddy Jyrwa scored the only goal in the morning kick-off in the seventh minute for Pohkseh.
Later, Marbisu’s Seiborlang Nongbri (21′, 59′) put in a brace of goals before Mebanpynshngain Warkhyllew (90’+5) reduced the deficit in the fifth minute of second half stoppage time for Sohryngkham.
