Shillong, Dec 7: The Shillong Lajong FC reserve team today defeated Harisinga FC of Udalguri 2-1 in the semifinals of the Golaghat Invitational Football Tournament 2023, organised by the Golaghat District Sports Association.
Banlamkupar Rynjah and Manjit Singh scored a goal each for Lajong.
With this win Lajong are through to the final and will meet the winner of the other semifinal, which will be played tomorrow between United Chirang Duar FC and Zasivipeseyie of Kohima.
