Shillong, Oct 12: Mawtawar SC recorded their second straight win of the Shillong Sports Association’s First Division 2024 by defeating Pohkseh SC 1-0 at First Ground, Polo, here today.
Elnathan D Wahlang (19′) was the lone scorer.
This had meant to be the opening match of the First Division but had been postponed from 5th October because of unplayable conditions due to heavy rain.
Since then, Mawtawar had beaten Nongrah SC on Wednesday and they now have 6 points.
