Shillong, Nov 19: Thangskai Tigers SC and Chiehruphi SYWSC won their respective matches in the East Jaintia Hills District Football Association’s Super Division 2024 in Khliehriat today.
The Tigers beat Dhana CSC 2-1, while Chiehruphi won against Khliehriat West YWSC by the same margin.
In the first match all three goals were scored in the second half. Pynthymme Rymbai (53′) and Maiki Nongtdu (68′) found the back of the net on either side of Wanlang Massar’s 60th minute goal for Dhana.
Later, Premi Muksor (35′, 79′) netted a brace for Chiehruphi, with Khliehriat West pulling one back in second half stoppage time via Moneshwar Mohela (90’+2).
