Shillong, Oct 1: Musniang SC pipped Khliehriat West YWSC 1-0 in the third quarterfinal of the East Jaintia Hills District Football Association’s First Division 2025 at the Diengshynrum Ground in Khliehriat today.
Almost the entire match went without a goal until Mardiphone Rymbai (90’+4) found one deep in stoppage time for Musniang.
Khliehriat West qualified for the knockouts as the second-best team in Pool D, while Musniang were at the top of Pool D. Today’s victory was their fourth in a row this season.
