Shillong, Oct 9: Pohkseh defeated Ryntih 3-0 in the Shillong Sports Association First Division 2025 at the SSA Stadium at First Ground, Polo, here today.
Badonkupar Shadap (51′), Shiningstar Nongdhar (59′) and Reinjoywell Wartde (67′) scored all three goals in the second half.
Victory for Pohkseh was welcome after they suffered a heavy defeat at the hands of Nongkseh in their opening match on 4th October.
Ryntih, meanwhile, have lost two in a row now following a beating by Nongkrem on 3rd October.
