Team of 15 AMKA karatekas representing State at 69th School Games in Indore

Shillong, Dec 14: A 15-member contingent from the All Meghalaya Karate-Do Association (AMKA) is representing the state at the 69th School Games Federation of India’s U-14 Karate Championship in Indore.

The team, which departed Shillong on Thursday, is led by Donboklang Lyngdoh, Mingson Rymbai, Barisha Kharbani and Sharai Nongneng Shanpru. The karate championship began today and will run until 19th December.

In a press release today, AMKA thanked the Directorate of Sports & Youth Affairs for financial support and wished the team the best of luck.
