Shillong, Mar 12: The 2026 inter-district transfer for football players under the Meghalaya Football Association will commence from 16th March 2026, MFA General Secretary Sunesh Syiem has informed.

Transfer forms will be sold from 16th March onwards at the Shillong Sports Association premises at Polo Ground, Shillong between 2PM and 5PM. The signing/processing of transfers will then take place between 23rd and 31st March at the same venue and during the same hours.

Clubs are to ensure that the necessary documents are submitted within the stipulated time period.

No transfer applications will be entertained after the closing date.
