Shillong, May 9: Them Rangshken and Thynroit won their respective matches in the Shillong Sports Association’s U-20 Fourth Division 2026 today.
While Them Rangshken pipped newbies Phir Kurbah Memorial 2-1, Thynroit blanked Lumpyngngad 2-0. The other match of the day was a goalless draw between Laitlulong and Don Bosco Academy in Group B at the MFA Ground.
Thynroit and Lumpyngngad are also in Group B and in this match, at the SSA Stadium, Thynroit scored through Pynshaikmen Nongrum (73′) and Banraplang Suting (77′) in the 80-minute match.
Earlier in the day, Mebadonbok Malngiang (2′) struck early for Them Rangshken but Richborn Kurbah equalised in the 43rd minute for Phir Kurbah. Richmond Khongsit then put Them Rangshken back into the lead in the 65th.
