Shillong, May 28: There were three matches and three wins in the Shillong Sports Association’s U-20 Fourth Division 2026 here today.
Weilyngkut Area Football Coaching Centre beat Mawlyngngad 4-1, Golflink held off Madanrting 2-1 and Laitlulong blanked Lumpyngngad 3-0.
In Group C at the SSA Stadium, Weilyngkut scored through Dapjingkmen Kurbah (40’+2), Kaliwan Roin (40’+5) and Bhabok Kurbah (71′, 80′). They couldn’t keep a clean sheet, however, as Nangialammane Kharmalki (77′) scored once for Mawlyngngad. Matches in the Fourth Division are of 80 minutes’ duration.
Later, in the same group and at the same ground, Golflink scored twice early on via Dibian Suting (2′, 14′). Shanlang Kharkongor (55′) pulled one back for Madanrting in the second half but they were unable to find an equaliser.
At the MFA Ground, Laitlulong were victorious courtesy Luckystar Ryntathiang (13′), Bakhrawjingmut Diengdoh (42′) and Paul Kurbah (55′).
