Shillong, Jun 12: Sei La Sap FCC won their last Group E game of the Shillong Sports Association’s U-20 Fourth Division 2026 by a whopping 6-0 margin over Summit Academy at the MFA Ground here today.
Leo Ferdinand Marbaniang (13′), Sashang Gurung (21′), Kerryson Khyriem (47′), Mebaniohnam Lyngdoh (57′) and Dhrub Thapa (64′, 70′) were the scorers. The win was enough to lift Sei La Sap to first place, according to TSR’s record-keeping.
Over at the SSA Stadium, Diengpasoh were trailing by two goals before fighting their way back for a point in a 2-2 draw with Mawnianglah Youth. Eberlang Kharkongor (37′, 58′) struck twice for Mawnianglah before Keny Wiky Nongbri (61′) and Sanroy Mynsong (80’+2) brought Diengpasoh level. Matches in the Fourth Division are of 80 minutes’ duration.
The other match of the day saw Laitkroh pip Umiew 1-0. Jeffrey Nongrum scored the only goal in the 71st minute for Laitkroh’s first and only win of the season, which lifted them off the bottom of the Group E standings.
