Shillong, Jul 3: Iaitylli and Golflink confirmed their places in the quarterfinals of the Shillong Sports Association’s U-20 Fourth Division 2026 after both won their respective pre-quarterfinal matches here today.
Both sides won 3-0 – Iaitylli against Them Rangshken in Pool 1 and Golflink against New Challenger in Pool 2.
Justwellborn Kharbani (39′, 57′) and Banbishar Mawlong (41′) scored for Iaitylli. This was Them Rangshken’s first defeat of the season but they had already secured their spot in the quarters even before this game.
Later, Golflink won through Ricky Rani (4′) and Dibian Suting (11′, 65′), knocking New Challenger out. Mawpdang had already secured first place in the pool before today.
