Shillong, Jul 27: The East Jaintia Hills District Football Association’s Third Division 2026 began today in Khliehriat.
In Pool A Cham Cham SCSC defeated Umlawang SC 5-0 with goals by Wanme Phawa (21′, 28′), Riky Phawa (35′), Shibun Khaii (56′) and Wikris Phawa (65′).
In Pool B Lumphuthoi SC beat Kuliang YWSC 3-0 through Deimonme Lyngdoh (30′), Tony Lyngdoh (50′) and Sa-o Lyngdoh (72′).
Finally, in Pool C, Nongkhlein SC Huroi pipped Iongkaluh SCSC 1-0 through Seven Pyrtuh (80’+4).
