Shillong, Jul 28: Today was the second day of the East Jaintia Hills District Football Association’s Third Division 2026 in Khliehriat.
In Pool D, Wapung SSWO and Borghat SCSC played out a 0-0 draw in the first match of the day.
Then, in Pool E, Evergreen SC Ladwahwapung and Pala SC also drew their meeting but this game ended 2-2. Each side held the lead for part of the match, with Satisformi Lamo (3′) given Evergreen the lead before Ebiangmi Paslein (15′) and Famous Paslein (22′) equalised and then gave the lead to Pala SC. Jomiki Dkhar (27′), however, levelled for Evergreen in the first half itself.
Lastly, Sengkhynroo SC Umstatai hammered Umrasong SSCC 5-0 with goals by Kephas Rymbai (13′, 31′), Dameshwa Pyrtuh (35′) and Jewell Sympli (52′, 64′).
