Shillong, Aug 10: Tynring, Lawsohtun and Sohryngkham won their respective Group C matches in the Shillong Sports Association’s Second Division 2026 here today.
At the SSA Stadium Tynring defeated Sohiong 2-1 in the 1PM kick-off. Tynring scored through Babiangdor Khyriem (46′) and Rahbor Baino (86′), sandwiching the Sohiong goal by Albert Malngiang (63′).
Over at the MFA Ground, Lawsohtun blanked Jongksha 2-0 with a first half brace for Mewan Rasmut (11′, 20′).
Later, at the SSA Stadium, there were three goals in the first 25 minutes as Sohryngkham beat Umrynjah 2-1. Bankynshew Warjri (6′) and Winstar Kharpraw (25′) scored for Sohryngkham and Wanborlang Nongbri (12′) for Umrynjah.
