Shillong, Aug 11: Narwan SCSC defeated Rangad SCSC 3-1 in the East Jaintia Hills District Football Association’s Second Division 2026 in Khliehriat today, with the other two matches both ending in draws.
In Pool D, Moosianglamare New YWOSC drew 1-1 with Lumshken SC. Fasterjoy Pariat (30′) put Moosianglamare in front in the first half but Ram Bareh (59′) levelled in the second for Lumshken.
Later, Narwan scored in rapid succession through Pyrkhatlang Sumer (24′), Arhowni Shadap (32′) and Jimris Langstang (34′). In the middle of it all was Rangad’s lone goal by Yoome Lamurong (28′).
And, finally, Pool F witnessed another 1-1 draw, this time between Ratacherra CSC and Umlyngsha YWSC. Ratacherra were leading via Gradely Mylliemngap (42′) and had victory in their sights but an own goal deep in second half stoppage time (80’+8) saw Umlyngsha come away with a point.
