Shillong, Aug 14: Dkhiah West SCSO defeated Lakadong Ummat SSC 4-1 in Pool B of the East Jaintia Hills District Football Association’s Second Division 2026 in Khliehriat today.
Lakadong Ummat took the lead through Fibami Chadong (13′) but Dkhiah West levelled thanks to Dawrupaya Tlang (26′) and then stromed to victory with three more goals from Nevermine Kya (56′), Donjingkyrmen Kya (71′) and Stayphan Phawa (80’+3).
The second fixture was a goalless draw in Pool D between Lumshken SC and Lama Youth SC.
And lastly, in Pool C, Suchen Lumiarain SC edged Khliehmyntriang SC 1-0 through Hamedahun Lamurong (5′).
The next Second Division matches will take place only on 22nd August. However, the Third Division will recommence from Monday.
