Shillong, Aug 18: Today was the 12th day of the East Jaintia Hills District Football Association’s Third Division 2026 in Khliehriat.
In Pool D, Nongsning Youth SC got the better of Wapungskur SSWO, winning the contest 3-1. Spain Dkhar (41′, 53′) and Jes Sympli (68′) scored for Nongsning. A first half stoppage time own goal put Wapungskur on the scoreboard.
It was a 1-1 draw in Pool E between Dongumsngad SC Byndihati and Evergreen SC Ladwahwapung later. Vesco Shylla (34′) put Dongumsngad ahead in the first half before Riewmos Dkhar (51′) levelled for Evergreen in the second half.
Finally, in Pool F, Umstain SSCC devastated Sengkhynroo SC Umstatai, winning 5-2, though from a goal down. Thomas Suchiang (7′, 11) and Eveningland Pohshna (33′, 53′) struck braces whiel Daemetre Ladong (77′) provided the last of Umstain’s goals. Sengkhynroo’s Jewel Sympli (2′, 58′) registered a brace as well.
