Shillong, Aug 18: The Joybell Suiam Memorial Second Division Football League of the Thadlaskein Sports Association began on Monday at Wahiajer.
Two matches were played on the first day, with Lad Mukhla drawing 1-1 with Rising SC Kdiap. Study Shylla (15′) of Lad Mukhla and Riskiel Dkhar (32′) of Rising were the scorers.
Later, Mukhla Wahchnong beat Tyllilang Moobakhon 1-0. Onfiveroy Nongrum (19′) provided the only goal of the game.
