Shillong, Aug 27: Khliehriat West FC and SWO Moosianglamare Old SC won their respective last pool matches of the East Jaintia Hills District Football Association’s Second Division 2026 in Khliehriat today.
The first match of the day, in Pool E, was a goalless draw between Ryntihlang SC Brichyrnot and Narwan SCSC.
Then, Khliehriat West FC overturned a one goal deficit to beat Ratacherra CSC 2-1 in Pool F. Ngamklet Pohleng (49′) scored first for Ratacherra followed by Zanwame Swer (60′) and Owenson Malang (74) for Khliehriat West.
Finally, SWO Moosianglamare Old SC defeated Lumshyrmit SC 4-1 in Pool G. Premio Muksor (18′) gave Moosianglamare Ole the lead but this was cancelled out by Lumshyrmit’s Firstborn Tariang (50′). Moosianglamare Old then scored another three goals, however, via Meshwa Lapasam (65′) and Pyniar Pusein (77′, 80′).
The teams that have qualified for the quarterfinals are Moolamanoh SC (from Pool A, Dkhiah West SCSO (Pool B), Suchen Lumiarain SC (Pool C), Lama Youth SC (Pool D), Narwan SCSC (Pool E), Khliehriat West FC (Pool F), SWO Moosianglamare Old SC (Pool G) and Tuberkmaishnong SCSC (Pool H).
