Shillong, Sep 20: Mylliem Lum trounched Pohkseh 5-0 in Group B of the Shillong Sports Association’s First Division 2026 at the SSA Stadium here yesterday.
Eliastar Nongsiej led the way with a hat-trick, with his first goal coming in just the 4th minute.
That was the only goal of the first half but Mylliem Lum went hard in the second and added another four goals.
Eliastar (47′, 55′) completed his treble in the first 10 minutes of the second session while Fairly Nongkhlaw (54′) and Jospar Kurbah (60′) also got their names on the scoresheet.
The game certainly had plenty of excitement and was even visited by a swarm of insects (probably bees) that halted play for a few minutes.
