Shillong, Feb 20: The archery event at the Khelo India University Games 2023 commenced today at the SAI Centre on the NEHU campus here.
While the Games are mainly being held in Guwahati, Shillong is hosting the archery.
Sports & Youth Affairs Minister Shakliar Warjri was present at SAI to inaugurate the competition.
More than 33 universities are taking part in the archery event Khelo India University Games 2023.
The main event was inaugurated yesterday in Guwahati. A total of 16 sporting events are being held in the Assam city with more than 4,500 youth taking part. The Games will run until 29th February.
