Shillong, Oct 21: Ribiang Dkhar scored all five of his team’s goals as Rymbai Shkenshynriah SC defeated Thangskai Tiger SC 5-1 in the opening match of the East Jaintia Hills District Football Association’s Super Division 2025 in Khliehriat yesterday.
Ribiang (30′, 39′, 44′, 49′, 90’+4) scored three goals in the first half and another two in the second all after Suting Syrti (2′) scored early for the defending champions Thangksai Tiger.
Later, Chiehruphi SWYWSC pipped Shilliang Umshong SC 1-0 with a goal by Rigenncy Lapasam in the 82nd minute.
