Shillong, Nov 6: All five finals of the Reliance Foundation Youth Sports Shillong zone were held at the JN Stadium here today, with Shillong College winning a sensational concluding match of the day against St Anthony’s College 9-8 on penalties after full time ended 2-2.
Phrangki Buam gave Shillong College a 2-0 lead by half time in the college boys’ final, but St Anthony’s stormed back through second half strikes by Chanmitre Thma and a stunner from Dawanchwa Challam to level proceedings.
