Shillong, Jul 24: Riatsamthiah and Mylliem played out a 1-1 draw in the Second Division at Third Ground, Polo, today.
This was the second draw of the Second Division this season and Riatsamthiah have been involved in both.
Naridapher Thangkhiew scored for Mylliem in the 22nd minute, but this was cancelled out by Riatsamthiah’s Bashan Masharing in the 33rd.
The second half also contained its fair share of chances for both sides, but neither could find the mark. Mylliem got closest in the 90th minute but Riatsamthiah goalkeeper Kyrpang Nongrum reacted well to block a shot on target.
Tomorrow, in Group A, Lumshyiap are scheduled to face Laitumkhrah at 3:45PM.
