Shillong, Nov 15: Elnathan Wahlang smashed a hat-trick in Shillong Sports Association’s Second Division 2023 in Mawtawar SC’s 3-1 win against Marbisu SC in Group A at Third Ground, Polo, here today.
The other game ended 1-1 between Smit SC and Nongrah SC in Group B.
Wahlang scored in the seventh, 64th and 75th minutes, while Marbisu’s goal came via Paul Nongdhar in the 62nd.
Earlier, Dawandappura Pathaw put Nongrah in front in the eighth minute before Bansynran Mylliemngap pulled Smit level in the 30th.
