Shillong, Jun 2: Them Rangshken and Iaitylli SCC won their respective matches in the Shillong Sports Association’s U-20 Fourth Division 2026 here today.
While Them Rangshken inflicted another defeat on Riatsamthiah in Group A, winning 5-1, Iaitylli were 4-2 victors over Pommura in Group F.
Also in Group A, at the SSA Stadium, Phir Kurbah Memorial drew 1-1 with Lumkseh. Wankistar Malngiang (2′) scored in just the second minute of the 80-minute match for Phir Kurbah but Banteinam Khonglam (28′) levelled later in the first half and the score remained unchanged after that.
Later, at the same venue, the first half between Riatsamthiah and Them Rangshken was fairly even. Mebadonbok Malngiang scored for the latter in the 14th minute before Nangpynskhem Kharmuti equalised for Riatsamthiah in the 23rd.
However, the second half belonged to Them Rangshken completely and they Mebadonbok (47′, 51′, 70′) scored another three goals for a four-goal hat-trick. Batistar Langstieh (80’+3) netted another in stoppage time.
Over at the MFA Ground, Iaitylli were always in control, with Kitbok Muksor (14′, 50′), Banbisharlang Mawlong (26′) and Jesnellborn Kharbani (30′) finding the back of the net. Emerald Mawthoh (35′, 80’+2), though, did score twice for Pommura.
