Shillong, Aug 9: Umphrup and Pohkseh will clash in the Third Division final at the JN Stadium here tomorrow. Kick-off will be at 3:30PM.
By reaching the final both teams have already secured promotion to next season’s Second Division.
Umphrup reached the final by defeating Laitlyngkot 3-1 in the first semifinal on 2nd August. Pohkseh then defeated Nongmynsong 3-0 in the second semi on 5th August.
Umphrup qualified for the last-four stage after topping Group A with 12 points from their five games, losing their opener to Krang but winning all their other games.
Pohkseh, a former Shillong Premier League side, also lost just the one fixtures (to Mawshbuit) in Group B, but won the other four to also finish on 12 points.
