Shillong, Dec 13: Pay For Right Academy has signed a six-year deal with Don Bosco Sports Academy, it was announced today.
The objective of the partnership is to enhance the development, talent and skills of young footballers at the grassroots, develop strong ties between the two parties and lift the spirit of the game, PFR said through a press release.
There exists an option in the contract for the collaboration between the two parties to be extended after the initial six years.
PFR has been highly active in promoting grassroots football before and since the Covid-19 pandemic. In October its academy team finished second in the Shillong Sports Association’s Fourth Division (thereby gaining promotion to next year’s Third Division), while in 2018 it organised a league for U-15s.
