Shillong, Jun 13: Here are the results from the third day of the District Level Subroto Mukherjee Cup in East Jaintia Hills, the matches of which are taking place at Madan Deinchynrum.
In the U-17 boys’ category, Lotus Secondary School defeated Khliehriat Presbyterian Higher Secondary School 2-0 with goals by Rimon Lyngdoh (13′) and T Lyngdoh (28′).
Byndihati SS were 3-0 victors over Sein Raij (exact school name not provided) with Firstwell Marwein (42′) scoring first and Luckystar Lapasam (46′, 51′) netting a brace.
The match between Step By Step SS and Sutnga (exact school name not provided) ended 1-1, with the latter winning the resulting tiebreaker 3-2.
Wapung HSS blanked Rymbai Pohskur SS 2-0 with goals by Promi Tariang (25′) and Vishal Nongpluh (29′).
Mihsalan Suiam (8′, 10′) scored an early double as Little Star SS rolled over Latyrke SS 3-0. The other goal was via Salangki Chyrmang (50′).
