Shillong, Oct 1: Ryntih will meet Niaw Wasa in the final of the first ever Meghalaya State Futsal League on Saturday. The title match will be held at the Sports Authority of India campus in NEHU from 11AM.
In the semifinals today, Niaw Wasa blazed through the second contest of the day 11-3 over Little Star Academy. The latter had given the tournament some fantastically close fights over the preceding days but couldn’t match up to the level of the Jowai team today.

The first contest was a closer affair between Ryntih and Shillong Lajong.
Lajong were leading at half time 3-2 but Ryntih fought back and full time ended 7-7. Extra time was thus needed and Ryntih came through 11-8 to claim a spot in the finale.
