Shillong, Jul 16: Three Group D matches of the Third Division were held today at Second Ground, Polo.
Gorkha Association stormed to a 4-0 victory over Mawkriah West in the first match, with goals R Thapa (12′, 29′), M Gurung (26′) and A Gurung (70′).
The second match saw Mawreng were 1-0 winners over Lawmali Pyllun after B Rani snapped up a last minute winner. Mawreng have won all three of their matches so far and every result has been 1-0 in their favour.
And, finally, the third game was between Nongmynsong and Sanmer and it ended in a 0-0 draw.
