Shillong, Jul 17: Riatsamthiah and Mawryngkneng began their campaign in Group B of the Second Division with a 1-1 draw at Third Ground, Polo, today.
R Kharjana put Riatsamthiah into the lead with a 19th minute goal, but this was cancelled out by I Kharsati in the 33rd minute for Mawryngkneng.
This was the fourth game of the season and first draw.
Tomorrow, in Group A, Laitumkhrah are scheduled to take on Laitkyrhong at 3:45PM.
