Shillong, Jan 21: The Meghalaya Cricket Association’s selectors have named a 15-member squad for the Women’s U-23 One-Day Tournament, which will be held in Bhubaneshwar from 24th January to 15th February.
The team will be captained by Neha Hajong, with Daiaka Warjri as vice-captain. Five standbys were also named in the MCA press release issued today.
Meghalaya will play against Sikkim, Jammu & Kashmir, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Nagaland, Manipur, Pondicherry, Chandigarh and Bihar. Their first match will be against Sikkim on 24th January.
