Shillong, Apr 21: Sawmer kept up their perfect start to the Shillong Sports Association’s First Division 2021 season with a 3-0 victory over Smit at Third Ground, Polo, here today.
Ailum Rapsang (18′) and Diego A Khyriem (82′) scored for Sawmer, with Dobenstone Marshillong (76′) conceding an own goal from Smit as well.
This was Sawmer’s fourth win in a row and puts them above the rest with 12 points. They have also yet to concede a goal this season.
Smit are experiencing contrasting fortunes. This was their fourth defeat and they have yet to score a single goal.
