Shillong, Aug 10: Galaxy FC (B) held their nerve to win a penalty shootout 5-4 against Beneris FC in their pre-quarterfinal match of the Knockout Football Tournament organised by Ri Khasi SCSC at Madan Kurkalang, Bhoirymbong, today.
After neither side was able to score in open play, it came down to a tiebreaker and the B team of Galaxy FC held on for victory.
Milancy Khongstia of the winning side was adjudged Player of the Match.
