Shillong, Aug 10: Mawphlang SC and Kharang SC won their respective matches in Group B of the Shillong Sports Association’s U-20 Fourth Division here today.
At Third Ground, Mawphlang edged Mawreng SC 1-0 thanks to a 52nd minute goal by Franky Synrem.
Over at First Ground, Kharang were 2-1 victors against Nongkolew SC. Freelyson Tariang (40′) and Labanstar Taro (70′) scored for Kharang, with Pynshailang Kharwanniang (timing not provided) doing so for Nongkolew.
