Shillong, Aug 16: Mawphanñiew SC won the final of the Second Division League 2023 football tournament, organised by the Pyndengumiong District Sports Association of Eastern West Khasi Hills, at Madan Dommawlum yesterday.
Mawphanñiew were up against Kynshi Mawria SC and won the match 1-0.
The lone goal was scored by Mawphanñiew’s Precious Rani in the 72nd minute.
