Shillong, Sep 29: The Meghalaya Football Association named its squad that will represent the state at the Junior Girls’ National Football Championship (Tier 2).
Meghalaya have been grouped with Jammu & Kashmir, Rajasthan, Telangana and Uttar Pradesh in Group B.
The state’s sub-junior teams and junior boys have already concluded their respective tournaments, with the high point being the sub-junior girls bowing out in the semifinals, which netted them joint third place.
