Shillong, Mar 15: The fourth and last quarterfinal of the 2nd Shortimai Knockout Football Tournament was claimed today by Mihpli United, who defeated Real Mythic 2-0 in Smit.
Mebanshan Thabah (39′) and Well Kharsati (60′) scored for Mihpli in the game.
The Player of the Match was Mebanshan (pictured), who received his award from Banïar Mukhim, the Secretary of Nongmadan Smit.
The tournament will go straight to the semifinals, with Jaguar FC and Lumkynsai FC facing off in the first of the last-four matches at 1PM tomorrow.
