Shillong, Jun 22: Nongkseh United soundly defeated Phir Kurbah Memorial SSCC 6-1 in Pool 4 of the Shillong Sports Association’s U-20 Fourth Division 2026 here today.
Wanshailang Lyngdoh (21′, 22′, 68′) scored three goals and Samphrang Rani (5′, 72′) a brace. There was also a 25th minute own goal in the 80-minute match.
Richborn Kurbah scored Phir Kurbah’s only goal in the 63rd minute.
The next matches in the Fourth Division will be held on Friday. Mawnianglah Youth will face Iatylli at 1PM in Pool 1 followed by (in a change of the fixtures) Golflink versus Mawpdang at 4PM in Pool 2. Both games will be at the SSA Stadium.
