Shillong, Jun 25: Lapalang and Sanmer both won their respective matches 1-0 in Group D of the Shillong Sports Association’s Third Division 2026 here today.
Lapalang were involved with Lumparing in the early kick-off and the match was heading for a goalless draw before Lumparing conceded an own goal (80’+2) in the second minute of stoppage time. Matches in the Third Division are of 80 minutes’ duration.
Later, Blashah Nongkynrih (59′) scored the lone goal of the second game for Sanmer just under an hour into the match.
