Shillong, Aug 18: Jongksha defeated Umpling 2-0 in the opening match of the Shillong Sports Association’s Second Division 2025 at the SSA Stadium at First Ground, Polo, here today.
The Group A match went without a goal for nearly the entire length of the game until Wanlambok Kharsahnoh (84′) and Iohborlang Nonglyer (89′) scored twice in five minutes to give Jongksha victory.
