Shillong, May 13: The General Body Meeting of the Shillong Cricket Association will be held on 8th June at the SCA’s office in Polo Ground, Shillong.
Nomination forms will become available at the SCA office from 18th May from 9AM onwards. Forms must be submitted by 24th May at 4PM, the SCA said in a press release today.
The list of nominees will be displayed on the office notice board from 5PM on the same day, with withdrawals of nominations possible until 6PM. The final list of nominees will then be displayed from 7PM.
Elections, if required, will then take place on 8th June at 3PM, with the subsequent counting and declaration of results from 5PM onwards.
Only two representatives of each club affiliated with the SCA can attend the meeting on 8th June.
